- Complete Bathroom cleaning & sanitization
- Kitchen cleaning - scrubbing the kitchen cabinets and drawers inside and outside; Built-in appliance cleaning - clean & sanitize the fridge, freezer interior, and exterior; clean all kitchen appliances - stove/oven top and inside
- Washing inside all closets and drawers;
- Washing interior windows;
- Cleaning baseboards; mopping the floors; taking out the garbage
- Dry-dusting the walls, ceiling fans, door frames, blinds, window sills, light fixtures, exposed vents, and switch plate covers *
For this service type, you need to provide paper towels (6 rolls), trash bags, a vacuum cleaner, and a step ladder.
* Usually we plan 6 hours for this service but sometimes it may take longer or more time than we have planned due to the condition of your apartment. ** The Post-Construction / Remodeling Clean-Up does NOT include washing the walls as we have learned that NYC apartments have a thin layer of city dust on the walls. If this gets wet then it will leave behind dark streaks and make them worse, the only thing that helps is to dry dust them and then paint them.
